ACT for all Juniors, February 28, 2017
Students should report to the test site on test day with two #2 pencils and a calculator.
The ACT test, a national college admissions exam, is part of our state wide testing program. The test includes 215 multiple choice questions that are designed to measure a student's mastery in four subject areas: English, math, reading, and science. ACT scores are accepted by all US four-year colleges and universities. The ACT is given to 11th graders at no charge to the student.
Additional tests are administered on designated Saturdays throughout the year. Please note, Smithfield Selma High School is a testing location, however students desiring to take the test again must do so by registering directly with ACT. For fee waiver information, please see your counselor.
Scores are released in May each year and are sent to students and to student's designated colleges and universities.
